In the communes of Vias and Beauce-la-Romaine, SYNAPSUN has supplied photovoltaic modules for two Total Energies projects. The selected low-carbon photovoltaic panels are from the manufacturer GCL SI, represented in France by SYNAPSUN.
Both projects won tenders from the French Energy Regulation Commission. They were both commissioned in summer 2021.
SYNAPSUN has set up an agile logistics infrastructure that adapts to the requirements of each project: storage solutions are offered throughout the country, allowing us to adapt to the needs of construction sites and to deliver projects of all sizes.
“Salisses” Photovoltaic Carport
The “Salisses” project located in Vias in Hérault (34) is a photovoltaic carport shelter power plant. It covers one of the parking areas of the seaside resort and so also benefits the tourists providing shade to their vehicles during the summer period.
The installation is made of 2460 modules with low carbon footprint for a total power of 0.9594 MW. It produces 1,350 MWh per year, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 275 French families.

“Tournesols” Power PV Plant
The project “Tournesols” located in Beauce-la-Romaine (Loir-et-cher – 41) is a ground-mounted power plant. Equipped of 3600 modules for a total power of 1.404 MW, this installation generates approximately 1540 MWh per year, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 314 French families.
